Genre RS Positions
Hey fellow Royal Road authors! If you’re anything like me—a totally chill, not-at-all-obsessed person who definitely doesn’t check their subgenre Rising Stars position every five minutes—then you’re going to love this little tool I cooked up.
What does it do?
Just drop your book’s Royal Road link into the tracker, hit the button, and BAM! It’ll check all the Rising Stars lists for you and tell you exactly where you stand—no more manual searching through a dozen genre pages! It checks not only the genres listed on the RS page, but all RS lists for all tags of your book.

How’s My Book Doing?
Lo and behold, here’s a new tool that would answer the question asked quite often: “How’s my book doing?”
And, yes, I know that the question is often asked to bring people to the description page of your book. But it would be so much fun to do that if you could attach a screenshot, right? 🙂
The tool checks your book against a chosen number of books with a similar number of pages (or words, if you prefer that).

Create Your Rising Stars List
It can show you the main list. All genre and subgenre lists. And it can even show you the lists for two or more tags (if you are looking for shoutouts with similar books, that’s your choice!)
It doesn’t query Royal Road, so, unless you recently checked your book with the RS Checker, some data may get a bit stale. But, well, whatever 🙂

The tool is still in testing mode. When you choose more than one tag, it most probably wouldn’t show you a list of 50 books. And the sorting may be strange (missing positions and stuff). Also, it doesn’t show most of the author names at the moment (it’s a different glitch I have to fix). But, other than that, it seems to work!
Books Trending on Royal Road
Trending Books will show you what books are currently trending among the books checked by my RS Checker and Book Performance Analyzer tools.
The tool isn’t live according to Royal Road, as it doesn’t get any information from RR right at the moment when you access it. But it uses the data gathered when other users check books with our tools. Which happens quite perpetually 🙂
I hope this will be not only an anxiety-driven tool like the other ones I already shared with the community, but also a tool that would help all of us discover new and exciting books!
